Clarity Comes from Doing, Not Overthinking

sitting around and overthinking your next move?

Vanakkam pa, writing this to you with sleeping eyes.

Aana, tharama irukkum nu namburen. Illena, sollirunga.

Here’s the thing: sitting around and overthinking your next move feels safe, but it won’t get you anywhere.

Simple la., haha.

Waiting for the “perfect” moment or opportunity? Spoiler alert: it doesn’t exist.

My Journey with NoAgendaCoffee & TD Community

When I kicked off NoAgendaCoffee Meetups, I didn’t have all the answers. I wasn’t sure if people would show up or if it would even make an impact. But I showed up. My people showed up. Then we have done this five times now. And now, it’s one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey—mentoring students who are hungry to grow.

The same goes for the “Community” aspect of Think Digital. It started as just an idea: “What if we could create a space for students to find their Identity, Network, Exposure, and Awareness (INEA)?” Today, it’s a growing movement because I chose to act on that idea instead of just dreaming about it.

Now, Your Turn: Take That First Step

Don’t know where to start? That’s okay.

Pick something small:

  • Apply for that internship even if you feel unprepared.

  • Build a mini-project just to see how it goes.

  • Volunteer at a community event or club.

The act of doing will give you clarity about what works, what doesn’t, and where you want to go next.

Sathyama solren, action is where the magic happens.

👉 Took up an internship? You learn something new.

👉 Started a project? You uncover your strengths and weaknesses.

👉 Volunteered? You meet new people and discover opportunities you didn’t even know existed.

Now, let me ask you this:

What’s one small step you can take this week to move closer to your goal?
