Sadly most of them can’t put in their efforts and time to build their credibility with those companies, beyond their last-minute resumes.
Correct ah? Naanum onnum pesura placements ku la efforts podala. Aana, two years before that I did put in all my efforts.
The best part was that I didn’t know what I was doing then. But, I ended up doing the right thing. Now, thinking back and connecting the dots, I could realize one thing.

Here's how you can make your digital presence trustworthy:
Kavala padaadheenga. Advice laa illa. These are some things that I used to do, and would love to share what I did with you.
1. Ensure you guys create proofs of whatever you do. From screenshots to selfies.
2. Even when you use a notebook to write down things, ensure you take some Photos, Voice Notes, Video Notes, etc.
3. Share it on LinkedIn as a Post. Not for the likes, but to document it online.
4. Build this as a habit, with your peers. Join quality communities, to get started with this.
5. Every Week/Monthly write a summary of what you did that month, as an Article/Blog. It can be as simple as possible, but publish it.
6. Now, post them on your personal blogs as well, with a bit of basic SEO optionally.
