Why MTH Matters in College?

College nu illa, but andha vayashu thaan. Indha vayasu la we’re at the most ideal time to build up your potential. Because, as soon as you graduate, mudinchu. There’s going to be a lot of expectation upon you.

Some of you may be gifted, and get a couple more years of risk-free time. But, trust me, it’s not a “gift”, to be honest — if you don’t utilize it properly.

Money is not the only ultimate thing in life! Even your Time and Health are. From now, we’ll refer to these three as MTH.

And the choices you make in this terms of MTH now, will either make you live better, or leave you saying, “Ayyayo, idhu yen appove start pannalla” when you’re 30+.

Most people in their 30s and 40s have one common regret: not starting to learn MTH earlier.

But guess what? You’ve still got time, and don’t wait to start. Build the right habits now, so future-you can proudly say, “Nalla vela namma thappichom!”

If you’re already taking care of your physical health, highly appreciated. Try to stick to it. Even if there’s a time when you need to stop your gym routines, ensure you only leave the gym and the extra proteins part, and do not leave the discipline you gained through this workout process.

Taking care of physical health is not just going to gym and working out.
